FolkAir charges a percentage of each completed booking value — not per ticket, not per enquiry, not per listing. On the Free plan it's 12%; on Pro or Growth and above it's 10%. The fee is deducted automatically from the escrow payment before funds are released to your account.
No. Your monthly subscription plus the platform fee on completed bookings is it. No setup fees, no listing fees, no minimum charges. We only earn when you do.
When a booking is confirmed, the client's payment is held securely in escrow. Funds are released to you automatically after the event completes. This means you're guaranteed payment — no chasing, no late invoices.
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel your Pro, Business, or Growth subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your paid billing period.
